Due to peak season and holidays during our conference,
the hotels are normally fully booked. Therefore, we strongly suggest you to book
your accomodation now. Certain hotels require booking fee and some do not.
Unfortunately, the OC of IBC V can not help you to organize the booking process and
we are really sorry for this.

However, we are happy to inform you that we have provided special discount price
for some hotels. Please do contact the hotels and accomodations immediately using
the list available in this website.

1. For DAAD Alumni:
- we have closed the application period by 20 January 2012.

- We have received 110 applications from Alumni for DAAD support. We will announce
the results by email as soon as we receive the decision from DAAD.
